Paula Busch Artist Statement Paula Busch has been creating art for more than 40 years. She has exhibited nationally, and her work has been purchased by several European collectors. She received her BA in Painting from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MA in Printmaking from California State University, Chico, where she studied under Janet Turner. She has taught at Butte College for 25 years and served on the boards of the Chico Art Center and the Janet Turner Print Museum. Paula was an Art Commissioner for the City of Chico for eight years and active in the public art program. She is currently working in the encaustic (wax) painting medium.
