New This Year – We are adding an Artist Alley with table spaces as an option for artists who do not have a 10×10 booth display system or have smaller inventories. The Artist Alley will be located on the northeast wall under the eave of the Multi-Use building roof. Otherwise the application process is the same as last year. The booth fees are tiered, so apply early to get lower fees.

Make sure you meet all the participation requirements before applying to the festival. The Chico ART Festival committee will review your application, with its accompanying images and descriptions, to ensure that your art meets exhibition-quality standards.
How to Apply
Step #2. Apply online HERE – It’s easy!
Applications submitted online are easier all around. You can upload your images right on the form. You may need to create a free google account if you do not have one already. For anyone who prefers older ways to apply, we still accept applications sent by email or by post.

- By Mail: Send to ChiVAA – Chico ART Festival, P. O. Box 1967, Chico, CA 95927. Only digital images will be used for electronic and print publicity. Hard copy photos will be used for screening only, but not for promotional purposes, and they will not be returned.
Payment
Step #3. Pay for your Booth or Artist Alley Table Space
Pay via Paypal here, with any major credit or debit card. You do not need to have a Paypal account. Payments made online are the easiest way all around, but if you prefer, send a check or money order payable to ChiVAA P.O. Box 1967, Chico, CA 95927 with a copy of your application.
Booth spaces 10 feet by 10 feet outdoors – You provide your own tent, tables, and display furniture. The booth fees are tiered as follows:
• $ 175 Booth Fee – Apply and make booth payment by March 15
• $200 Booth Fee – Apply and make booth payment by April 30
Pay $175 – Booth Fee for one (1) 10×10 Space
Artist Alley table spaces – We provide a 6-foot long table and a chair. You bring a table cover and your art. All artwork must fit on the table. Apply early as space in limited to 11 table spaces.
Pay $100 – Artist Alley Table Fee for one (1) 6-foot Table
Cancellation and Refund Policy – No refunds after April 15, 2024
Upon submission, the Chico ART Festival committee will review your application, with its accompanying images and descriptions, to ensure that your art meets exhibition-quality standards. We will contact you by email with the status of your application. Thank you!
