I am what I call a generalist by nature and have skills in many art forms, I find that I call on these skills when presented with a design challenge in clay.

Many of the images I use in my clay work come from what I see in my life experiences, whether hiking in the outdoors, gardening, traveling, spending time with friends and family, or the interactions I have with the animals I meet.

There is a certain pleasure in translating those experiences into my work.
