Meet Rachelle Montoya, a local Chico artist. Here is what she says about her work: “I am a mixed media artist, working with watercolor, ink and resin. My paintings often find themselves repeated in my jewelry designs. I love to depict the animal and plant world.“

Rachelle Montoya will be one of the exhibitor at the at the Chico ART Festival to be held at St John’s Episcopal Church grounds on Floral Avenue, in Chico, on May 12 & 13, 2023. Friday from 4pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
